I guess I really am hooked
As I went to go fill up my tank for the pilgramage back to Cleveland for the weekend, I was walking down the stairs of my building. I made it halfway down and realized that I was carrying my bike with me. I guess I just have gotten into the mode where I ride everywhere, and let my truck just rot. I'm hooked.

Awesome. I recently had that experience, getting ready to drive to church. I locked my house behind me and made it several steps toward the car before I realized that I was holding my bike helmet. Oh well! Threw it in the front seat and drove off.
During the drive my helmet was looking up at me from the passenger seat saying, "This vehicle is beneath my dignity!" I took the poor thing out for a nice long ride that afternoon to make up for it.
