The (N+1)-1 Thing going on here

Today I picked up my new to me Kona MinUte. I questioned the whole thing at first. DO I really need a cargo bike to take one kid four miles four times a week? Was it worth the investment, the space? Yes. Yes it was. I got the bike and took it to a local famous MUP and took it for a ride. It was only carrying a big bottle of water and a rain coat so I can't really rate it as a cargo bike. I didn't have the Boy with me so I couldn't try it out as a kid-hauler. What I did realize thought, after 12+ miles, is that it's a great bike! I can't believe that they stopped making these things! It was so much faster and comfortable than my old "utility" bike. She ash four times the cargo capacity and is nay slightly longer. There is one thing that I definitely like more about the Minute than the Utility 820 is that on the double kickstnad the Kona tilts back on the rear wheel and the Trek leans on the front wheel. here are some shots of Kona and comparing the two bikes.
