Anybody tried a Bianchi Milano?

Or similar bike... the bikes that look like cruisers, but have 7-speed internal rear hubs? What's your take? Too heavy? Any potential as a commuter or, equipped with baskets, a grocery run bike?

Bianchi Milano

Its certainly no heavyweight like an American cruiser, but a sensibly designed city bike. Hub gears are great pieces of equipment, used by many winter commuters on lightweight touring bikes. The Milano is one of the few quality bikes to fit them as standard.

Ive looked around for other good bikes with hub gears but this is about the only one available in the US.
