8 mile ride yesterrday

Hi all, Well yesterday I went for a 8 mile ride down at the river walk trail. I found the perfect gear and the ride was smooth and I'm not sore today. If the weather is good on Monday I plan on doing another 8 mile ride at the same place.

Glad you enjoyed your ride. I miss riding my bike now as I had my entire colon removed nearly 4 weeks ago..... Hopefully by early July..

The more you ride the easier it becomes. Get yourself an inexpensive bike computer. Then you can track your rides and see how your speed and distance improves. Came across a fellow recumbent rider yesterday and asked him how far he rides each day. His answer was 40. He manages to keep up with a group of road bike riders which means he is a very good rider.
