College Bike Program-Operations, Policies, etc
Applied for job with a grant funded and already contracted bike program. It hasn't launched yet and am curious about what others are doing to get a headstart.
What I know:
* the bikes will have internal GPS
* the bikes will be checked out via mobile device and checked back in the same way
* kiosks will be available for those without a mobile device
First questions:
* how to retrieve bikes that are checked in off campus?
* what are sample policies from other colleges/universities?
