Could be. The only thing I'm not sure about is that the "Campagnolo" decal is different-

Maybe it's just an older model?

That isn't a track crank- you can see the shoulders for the outer chainring. I can't tell you what model or vintage it is based on the photo- there may be some other identifying information on the backside of the crankarm that would be helpful to see.

Pista (track) would be 144 BCD, & that's 135 & a double .. Value, resale ? not a much as you wished ..

That is one of the earlier Campagnolo logos. There might be a chronology on their web site or campyonly.com
