At the price of most good bikes these days, she can be charged with grand theft. Should be up the river for a good long time.

You'd think.

The guy in Toronto, Igor Kenk, had over 2800 bicycles stolen obviously over a long period of time. He was charged with 58 counts. He was sentanced to 30 months, served 16.
