TriRig Sigma Stem Recall

Not sure if this is the right place for it:

TriRig Sigma: IMPORTANT SAFETY ISSUE

Haven't seen too many members with TriRig's stem, but they are recalling all stems due to a design flaw that may cause the stem to shear due to stress.
