What is that sound?

I have a brand new Diamondback and when I pedal there is a click from the sprocket every revolution. What would cause this?

Can you flip the bike over and pedal it and still hear it or is it only when you're on it and pedaling? Is it really loud and can you feel it in your feet when it happens? May not be anything and may go away over time, but these bikes are usually put together by people that were working in the floral department last week.

Before riding this bike, I took it to my LBS and paid $70 for a tune up. Do you think they should have noticed something like this?
