Empire Cycles Royale Restoration for Beginners

Hi There,

This is my first post. I was recently cleaning out my grandmother's shed and came across an 'old' racing bike, an Empire Cycle - Royale. This bike is now mine, but I know nothing about it. I'm new to the cycling community, and google wasnt able to generate any real results. So here's the situation. I really like the bike, and its riding OK, but I would like to restore it and make it ride better, as well as learn some stuff about it.

I'm going to attach a few pictures to help you get a better idea. I'm a complete beginner with no prior knowledge in this field. I want to know what has to be done, how I should do it, as well as any other information. I can't wait to get started, thanks in advanced.

I should note a couple things I found when riding it:
The back wheel bumps slightly making me think that it isn't perfectly round (how do I fix that?
The rear brakes squeak when trying to slow down
