Most steel Bianchi's I've seen had the name stamped into the bottom of the bottom bracket. What's yours look like?

I don't know why you don't feel it's a Bianchi, but I can't help you there. It does seem to have a "Made in Italy" decal, so that would support the notion that it's a Bianchi. In any event, what's in a name. Bianchi is one of the few brands left that actually owns a factory and produces a decent number of the bikes in house, but like everyone else (Trek, Specialized, Raleigh, etc.), they also sell frames made for them by others.
BTW I can help you on a minor point though. Your rear brake cable is routed wrong. It's on the right of the stem, then has to go over and half way around the top tube to enter the hole. Your rear brake will work much better if the cable passes to the left of the stem eliminating the extra bends. Otherwise, it's a nice bike. Ride and enjoy it, and don't obsess over stuff that doesn't matter. |

So there's absolutely nothing ... no serial number or anything ... on the bottom of the bottom bracket?

You might want to try posting over in the classic and vintage section. Bianchigirl over there has a pretty good handle when it comes to identifying Bianchis.

A small point, the stampings are on the lugs, so those are the logo of the company that made the lugs

Stamps are 10 Speed Drive Imports. They did not make frames. They were importers as the name suggests. |
