Finally able to turn the pedals
 

Well this morning I was finally able to do a full rotation on the pedals since May. I've been working on my range of motion and it's been very painful to get past horizontal with the pedals. This morning I was able to cycle 10-15 minutes on the trainer. That made me feel really good. Won't be long now. I'm hoping to actually get out on the road sometime this Fall.

I broke my leg in May at the tibia plateau in 7 places. 2 surgeries, 2 plates and 16 screws holding it all together. Still not walking but finally partial weight bearing so I'm getting closer and closer.

Good lord, man! Those are massive injuries. Good luck, and keep up the good work.

Good that you can do the trainer in spite of not yet being able to walk. Keep at it, as tolerated.

glad to hear that!! knobster,,, my wife did that , plates and screws , man,,, oh and full leg cast for I don't know how!!
