Getting started on rollers

How do you do it? Im okay with 1 hand holding onto something but not quite confident on going with two hands - the thing with being next to something to grab on to is the fact that your closer to something to fall on to lol!! So any beginners tips?

Thanks

Put the rollers in a doorway and try grabbing the top of the door frame with one hand for support. You can also use your elbows to bounce back and forth to correct. You are going to have to trust that you can ride a bike and just go for it. The biggest issue on rollers is learning to make tiny corrections/adjustments to improve your bike handling and that is the whole point of rollers to me.

The door frame sounds good. I had mine in the basement and used a workbench to start next to. It really isn't that difficult.
