black or white bartape?

My factory white bartape is quickly turning black.

If you go white, your seat needs to be white. Some white bartape cleans up nicely, like Fizik Microtex...and some others do not.

I have white on mine and it doesnt get dirty but, on that bike I would put black tape since almost everything else is black.

+1. Lizardskins is in the cleans up nicely camp.

That said, the black tape/saddle setup looks just dandy, and I doubt getting a white saddle to do white tape will be so obviously better looking. Maybe a base black tape with white accents would be cool, or something like Cinelli's Zebra tape; or how about shiny silver?

The white tape is fizik dual, and yes it cleans up very well. I wear gloves and it stays fairly clean so thats not really a big issue for me.

The silver is a pretty viable option that I hadnt considered before.

I probably wont use red but I was thinking about trying some blues maybe match the pedals, maybe not.
