Dude, you are putting that Kona through the paces. If I may ask, What has your progress been since you started riding?

Umm I went from riding 500 feet and stopping to putting in 19 miles and some campus riding today, last week I put in 30 miles. Average speed was 10mph with those huge tires and the dicking around on campus...until I got to campus average was 11.2

Maybe if he keeps it up Kona will be inspired to comp him a new bike for all the free press. Not likely, but they should.

Good to see you riding. And down stairs, cool. I might mention that Alt + Enter made me think about jumping out of the way on that stair video.

we should save that video and use it everytime someone asks" whats a good bike for a fatguy? will it hold up?"(remember i'm a fatguy too!!)

If I was in the market for a new bike, that would definatly say something for the Kona

I think you should do it and get a video to show to Kona etc. Even if it's just some single track riding.

You might want to contact the tire makers the rim makers, the spoke makers etc. too. I would guess that Jarid from Subway did his own thing first for himself, and then became a regular in all those ads.

That's alot of folks to contact...I need to get more into a scene...i.e. trail rides with groups or what not so I can basically get some publicity if I was gonna do something like that, but hell...I might start taking more videos and sending it out to them and see if they wanna cut me a break on some stuff...on another note I got new stuff...new thread time!

Links to video and pictures are down, did you move em?

I think your probably the only big fella as crazy as I am. I rode my huffy (DON'T LAUGH DAMMIT) down some stairs when I was your weight and didn't break anything (bike or me) but it was like once. Just to know I did it. But never again. Not until they put shock absorbers in shoes. Hehehe.

Post the new links when you get em.
