Cannondale Enforcer

I've been watching CL for a decent deal on my first bike. This one showed today and is described as a "Cannondale Enforcer". I've searched around I can't find any information on this model. Was any such model ever produced? Why doesn't it have the manufacturer's name displayed?

Looks like a repaint with owner applied stickers to me.

May, or may not, even be a real Cannondale.

Cannondale made some police bikes called the Enforcement 1 and Enforcement 3. This may be an older version of that, but the lack of Cannondale decals on the downtube makes me question the authenticity.

The gusseting behind the headtube doesn't look like anything C'dale to me. The components look ok,though,and the price is ok. Ask the seller what the other decals on the seattube say.
