events in around Minnesota. road racing

I am confused about what are good road racing events to go to?

i am from Ontario Canada. close to Minnesota and these other states on this forum.

I like to know what road racing events in Minnesota are worth going to?

what i am looking for are citizen events that draw lots of people. That are worth the time to travel to from Canada.
that have good competition but at same time, focus is on fun. could someone give me list of events to look for 2012?

Drop this post in the 'Road Cycling' forum and you may get more responses.--Not everyone checks out the Minnesota postings. But I will say that most of the road races, (crit races, TT's etc.) are going to be in the Minneapolis/St Paul Metro area. You could also check out the Twin Cites Bicycling Club site.( )

Good Luck. -- CRIT races are usually the most populated and are definitely more fun to watch!
