Mailing my registration today. I've not ridden this century before, so I'm looking forward to it. It's a ways from home, mapquest says almost 2 hours to get there. Wow.
This will be my third century this year. The last one for me will be the Pumpkin Pie Ride two weeks later on October 6th.
I haven't decided which bike yet, probably the CAAD but I just might bring the LeMond.

Not riding the North Shore, I'm local, so it would be on same old roads (which are pretty nice). It's a pretty big ride and you should have fun.
Tiny threadjack: curious about the Pumpkin Pie ride. How many riders, pace, course, if you folks have done it before.

Will be up north that weekend so possibly will ride it. If so, will ride on something vintage. Any C&V-er's to ride along with?
I'm sure the route is completely different but last recall riding it was one of the first.... 25 or 30 years ago! PM welcome

I'll be at it, look for anyone who wants to keep a pace of 18+, the few of us want to get started at 6 AM and be done in about 6 1/2 hours including stops.
I'll be there on a black/white Trek 1.5 with gray saddle and top-tube bags, a red/black BF "Clydesdale and Athena Cycling Club" jersey. PM me if you are up for a quick-ish ride!
