New trailhead : I-275 bike path Farmington Hills

Projected completion in 2021

Positive quote from FH councilmain
Its going to take time, but this is a great start to providing residents a great opportunity to go a little further than just where our sidewalks are (and) connecting to a larger trail system. Its just the beginning, I feel, in terms of what we can do to develop connectivity.

This is great news. There is also some new/improved connectivity via a path on the west side of Haggerty Road to the north of Grand River (opposite the Harley dealership) that adds an option. Between this and the trailhead your article mentions, there are two solid access improvements, miles better than ducking through the fence behind a business between Haggerty and I-275.
