Maybe you've seen the pictures of Lance hanging out, living it up with Olsen twins and nice weather and kids on bikes. And after beating cancer, why shouldn't he?
Frankie Andreu may not have beat cancer, but he will definitely beat you if you don't come out and race. And maybe even if you do. If you're around the area, come out and hold it down in the cold with a former US National Champion. It'll be just like Austin with Lance, but without all the connections to Full House, and arguably more white powder.

Here's a quote from Frankie's e-mail that he was gracious enough to let me re-publish elsewhere:

"Joseph, great ride. We had a blast. I really loved it and the idea is fabulous. I think it's great that so many showed up despite the cold. I couldn't hang around after to long, I was sweating and as soon as I stopped I started to get cold so we had to ride back to the car.
Next time for sure count me in. Great group riding around there and fun.
thanks for the invite and next time I'll try to recruit a few more...frankie"
