Downloading my stats for my earlier ride. Started out hoping to do 30 but ended around 38 or so. Got lost in Del Webb and spent a lot of time trying to find my way out. Plus I had turned off the timer on the Edge for a few minutes while I tried to find a map. Felt good to get out ..

Hot and humid Sunday afternoon ride after watching le Tour.

A PR 21 laps on the Whitnall Park crit course, for a total of 49 miles at 16.5 ave. today.
Hard work....the 'good' kind of pain though today.
