Chicago & Northwest Indiana Users - Burnham Plan Century: Make No Small Rides

Hello everyone,

I did a quick search and I didn't find that anyone had posted this yet. This is going on June 6, it's going to be a casual ride, hop on - hop off as you please. It starts in Lake Forest, IL and ends in Michigan City, IN. I am going to try to do the whole thing, but I've never done a ride nearly this long before. The vast majority of my cycling is commuting; I bike about 90% of the time (14 mi. RT). I believe I'll be up for it. I just got some Schwalbe Marathon Plus tires and might slap them on before this ride.

Anyone else plan on doing this? It would be nice to meet some other members.

Check out the official website:

The Cue Sheet and a map were just made up.

As an ex-Chicagoan and a lifelong architecture fan, I'm interested, but I didn't see a cue sheet or map.

I like how they want to know where you will start and stop but don't tell you where it is going.

Apologies, I see the cue sheet and map are not yet linked to on the official site. Here you go:

I might hop on in Munster and ride with some people for a while, maybe until Porter and turn around since I live right next to Wicker Park in Munster.
