Twin Cities, MN - Charity Spin Event April 11 - Spinning to Save Lives
Hi folks,
I'm organizing an event in MN next month, and thought I'd drop a line about it here. I was actually *hoping* the snow would hold out a few more weeks to boost participation in an indoor ride, but its so beautiful out! Regardless, this will be a great ride with an awesome instructor- and a guaranteed great endurance event to get your legs ready for summer.
Hope to see you there!

Hi folks! Just giving this event a bump. I need a few more registrants by sunday or I'll have to cancel the event
Please note that $20 is only the suggested donation to register, but any contribution is fine. Every penny counts! Thanks.

Bike fit, pre-ride preparation, warm-up, cycling techniques, heart rate zone training, and endurance event fueling and hydrating are some of the topics that will be discussed.
