Just a couple weeks away! I will be there, doing the 100k with some family members. Looks to be a new route this year. Wondering who else will be doing this ride

Nope, although I'd like to. Maybe every ten years. I did the first one. It's a beautiful and challenging part of the state.

Had a great ride! Ran into SmokinMiles at the rest stop at 40 miles. I see her every year on one of these rides, ever since meeting her at the BFNIC New Glarus ride several years back. Maybe next year we could do that again. And next year I WILL be doing the 150k!

I took off at 6 am and missed almost everyone, but I was on a bit of a mission. The weather was so perfect, I made a go at the 300. I got it. It literally took me all 14 hours from sun up to sun down to complete it. I got back to Land's End as the moon was rising and the sun had just ducked beyond the horizon.
And now that I've done the 300, next time I'll go back to the shorter routes and be a little more social.
As for SmokinMiles, her day was unfortunately cut short. Another rider she was with wrecked on Rosy, breaking a collar bone. That was a huge bummer, but the rider should recover.
