Waterproof Panniers

Trying to decide what the best waterproof panniers that is available? I live in Hilo, Hi where it rains more days than not and need a good quality rear pannier set to carry my laptop and books in for my commute to college and back. I want them big enough to carry my books, computer, and maybe a set of cloths. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Ortlieb are considered one of the best if not the very best. I use a set for touring and they are great. Worth the cost to protect your laptop and books. Although I would prefer to carry the laptop in a messenger bag - much less bumping around. For that I use a Chrome messenger bag.
