You done the test rides First?
My LBS, a Trek dealer since 88, would be happy to sell you either one..
Too much work for DIY ? so I g'gld both and now you can read the parts pick List .. from the company website.
8.3 DS | Trek Bikes $660
No Verse 3 but they have a Verve 3
Verve 3 | Trek Bikes Also $660
Flip a coin... good luck .
