Parts returned
I’ve recently, had my stem replaced and my seat replaced at my LBS, just realized that I didn’t get the original parts back and there was nothing wrong with them other than personal preference . The the replaced parts were practically brand new. Never know might be able to use or sell them. In your collective experience are they rarely ever returned other than specifically requested.

As a store owner for over twelve years, my policy was to always place replaced items in a plastic bag and attach to the handlebars. Sometimes customers would say that they didn't need/ want their old parts and sometimes would say that I could have them, but I did not just keep old parts.

Another learning experience they never end thankfully.

Definitely go and get them.

They are your parts, so it's your right to go ask them back - and even get them back.
