Very nice bike. I had a 105 equipped Caloi road bike in the late 90's and had a lot of enjoyable rides with it.

New weight 9.750 (median of parktooks) 9.800 (cheap Chinese one)
Frame: 17" 6061, conformed, mono seatstay (Same than Schwinn Super Sport) (1730g my older version one*)
PostMont rear adapter: (40g)
Seat Clamp: (15g)
Fork: Mosso M5FCB 27,5 mtb toray 700 cf with 21,5cm of steerer and spider (580g*)
Steerer spacer: (5g)
Steering Box: Token HeggSet roller (75g)
FH: Deore M6000 cup/cone 32h (240g*)
Cubo leve cupcone. A blocagem pesa 72g.
RH: MT500 cup/cone 32h bontrager quick release (500g)
Cubo pesado cupcone.
Air Chamber: 45c front and Rear (300g)
Rim Tape: coton X2 (20g*)
Tires: Maxxis Refuse dual compound 700x40C X2 (1040g)
Pneu super resistente clincher.
Brakes: M6100 with fluid and cutted lines (605*)
Rotors: Sm-RT64 160mm X2 (310g*)
Suportam pastilhas metálicas.
Chainring: NW Iron (br brand) alloy 7075 cnc 36D 6mm offset DCE 12V (82g*)
Crank: FC-M7100 170mm (503g*)
Olha o peso desse pedivela mano. Eixo de aço da shimano é vida.
BB: Shimano MT500 (90g)
No futuro vou pra ela.
K7: SLX 10-51 (535g*)
RD: M7100 (310g)
Câmbio bom, posso ficar com ele.
Shifter: M7100 i-spec with stell cable (120g)
Conduit, and anti noise finishes: (30g)
Macarrãozinho e S-link
Stem: Uno Advanced Project Super Light 90mm 6º Alloy with stell fuse (100g)
Steatpost: Trifox CDS100 400mm (220g)
Achei um pouco pesado.
Handbar: Trifox FHB100 cutted 620mm (135g)
Achei bem leve.
Saddle: Sele Italia trans am ldy magnesium trails (305g*)

New weight 9.345 (cheap Chinese one)
Frame: 17" 6061, conformed, mono seatstay (Same than Schwinn Super Sport) (1730g my older version one*)
PostMont rear adapter: (40g)
Seat Clamp: (15g)About the frame:
I bought a City Tour Sport used during the pandemic, I found the frame well aligned using my technical photos, I selected it for my project. In the future, I bought one at ML for 900 reais, this new one, instead of coming with the serial in low relief below the mov. central, came with a qrcode in the same place. I weighed it and it was 1640g. I installed it on the bike. The previous - older - frame weighed 1730g (same size). The next day I noticed that the rear wheel wasn't aligned on the new frame, becoming very crooked, so I returned the frame as I was afraid that aligning the dropouts wouldn't be enough. I went back to the heaviest and oldest frame and that's what it is now.
Fork: Mosso M5FCB 27,5 mtb toray 700 cf with 21,5cm of steerer and spider (580g*)
Steerer spacer: (5g)
About the fork: The original (>1600g 426.6mm). The project started with a sense activ 2022 fork. Very good fork, 740g, but a little short, 420mm (80mm bbdrop). Then I went for a Mosso M5 7005, 44cm, but this fork had clicking problems. I replaced it with a TSW 27.5 43cm, again problems with the tang popping. Then I gave up on the aluminum forks and went for a Toseek 27.5 44cm. Good fork, but I found a better one. A Taiwanese, 43cm Mosso M5 Full carbon. I ended up buying it, replacing the Toseek and it was great.
Steering Box: Token HeggSet TK80 roller (80g)
Over steering box, purchased in the original packaging at the Special Adventure Bike Shop (Shimano service) from old stock.
FH: Deore M6000 cup/cone 32h with Koozer QR (225g*)
Lightweight cup cone cube. Koozer QR weighs <45g. (60g original QR)
RH: ARC MT-009 32h MS FH with Koozer QR (310g)
Super light bearing hub. I put on a 49g Koozer QR - original with 54g - to give it a total weight of 310g.
Rims: TSW (br brand) t-9000 22,5mm 32h X2 (1020g*)
Internal 22.5mm aluminum rims, with stainless steel eyelets for aluminum nipples
Air Chamber: RideNow 45c front and Rear (90g)
Rim Tape: coton X2 (20g*)
Latex inner tubes with 25mm cotton tape as rim tape on each wheel. Weight of 10g of adhesive per wheel.
Spokes: DT Swiss Revolution 1.5mm (300g)
1.5mm Swiss spokes to reduce weight by 40% compared to previous ones.
Niples: TSW Alloy (30g)
Nipples half the weight of standards.
Tires: Maxxis Refuse dual compound 700x40C X2 (1040g)
Super resistant clincher tire.
Brakes: M6100 with fluid and cutted lines (605*)
You can do a Rear Lift with this brake.
Rotors: Sm-RT64 160mm (F) / Sm-RT66 (R) (280g*)
Support metal pads.
Chainring: NW Iron (br brand) alloy 7075 cnc 36D 6mm offset DCE 12V (82g*)
6mm offset crown to achieve 45mm chainline with spacers in standard 2/1 configuration.
Crank: FC-M7100 170mm (503g*)
Look at the weight of that crank, bro. Shimano steel axle is life.
BB: Shimano MT500 (95g)
The humblest piece
Chain: XTR M9100 (245g)
20g lighter than the XT and very durable
K7: SLX 10-51 (535g*)
In the K7 the objective is to go to the M8100 when it wears out.
RD: M7100 (315g)
Good bike gear, I can keep it.
Shifter: M7100 i-spec with stell cable (125g)
I preferred the M6100 with a display, but the i-spec installation went wrong, I ended up with the M7100
Conduit, and anti noise finishes: (33g)

Stem: Uno Advanced Project Super Light 80mm 6º Alloy with stainless fuse (100g)
I put a stainless steel screw in the most attractive table in the world.

A little heavy.
Handbar: Trifox FHB100 cutted 620mm (135g)
I found it very light.

It's making a few clicks, but it's too cool, a new one like this is like fortune.
Grips: CrankBrothers Cobalt (70g*)
EsiGrip EC weight with practicality and comfort.
without pedals: 9,133Kg
Pedals: Promend M-86 CTI (212g).
