Thoughts on second bike
I'm thinking of getting a second bike, as my hybrid one for commuting to work is a bit bulky for the odd leisure/Sunday rides. What second bike do people have, if they have one? I'm thinking of folding bike, but need to test ride one to see how it feels. I'm not a big fan of drop bars. Any thoughts or suggestions?

N+1 is typically a personal choice, so get what you would like and ride ride ride ride!!!!!

My "hybrid" is an old steel mountain bike all dolled up as a commuter/everywhere ride, and my offroad bike is a different old steel mountain bike kept simple. My other bikes are also old steel.
What to get depends on where you want to ride and what's available in your area.

Currently have 2 - modern aluminum hybrid with discs and 90s high end hardtail - both of which are too nice to use for around town stuff. I'm watching for a 90s CrMo mountain bike to set up for that type of thing - racks and all. Old Hardrocks or 700 series are readily available and still reasonably priced.
