The US made Bay Boy has much smoother weld, it is also a bit lighter.

I just notice, the 2010 US made frame's top headset opening has very rough edge.

Maybe because it was faced and the China-made one wasn't, but you'd have to take it apart to find out for sure.

I must say I was confused with the pic. Mine seems to have Made in USA plastered everywhere on it.

I never saw "Made in USA" plastered everywhere on Bad Boy.
It always was 3 stickers "Handbuild in USA".
One small on top tube. And 2 long on seat stays.
They probably forgot to instruct chinese how it is supposed to be..

But mine says Handmade in USA Could never understand why the big ones are on the stays. I think the one at the front of the top tube is enough. Did you also notice the font on the BadBoys are mixed compared to other Cannondales? The Bad Boys are upper case except for the "n"s. I think other cannondales are all lower case.

eg.

Sadly that Cannondale's not mine, it's my friend's. My only Cannondale is the Bad Boy.

edit. You can't really tell by that pic, but his frame has a kind of lime flick in the paint. Maybe you can pick it up on the non-drive side rear chainstay

Covered it in retro-reflective films, hand cut to match the outline of the original paint scheme, but in a different color.

Nice. I love the matte black. It's one of the reasons I got my Utopia in 2010, before the 2011 models came out.

Nice, the white fork matches well, looks stock. Looks like you've flipped the stem and leveled the saddle, too.
