I saw some graffiti once (lol).
Maybe there is some in Tokyo and perhaps Osaka. The strange thing is there is only a little litter on the ground, even though there are hardly any trash-bins around. Everyone is responsible for taking their trash home. There are so many things here that open your eyes, for example beer vending machines.

Japanese people are just taught from birth I think to have the utmost respect for this Earth and their surroundings... unlike most 'Mericans.

Hi all.

Saturday I completed my first century on the Ride to Montauk. (109.36 miles)

I've now completed the process of uploading and blogging.

https://astoriahd.blogspot.com/2012/0...936-miles.html

Patchogue

Rapid descent down Ponquogue Bridge.

Many more videos found on either my blog or youtube channel.

The blog also features a fairly comprehensive account of my experience.

Enjoy!

I have to say that's definitely a cruiser in my eyes. But the discs confuse me like the RCA dog.

Well, I will confuse you some more. It's sold as a 29er Mountain Bike. Trek built it in celebrating Gary Fishers 10 anniversary in designing 29ers. I definitely made it into my Beach Cruiser.

Chicago Lakefront Trail

June 2nd - Chicago LakeFront Trail, 51 miles trip. Beautiful scenery and a lot of fun. Trail was little busy near the downtown area, but still a lot of fun riding there.

I recorded the whole trip.
Here is the full 2x video: https://youtu.be/VfWHGT2foxk and here is short version with the most interesting situations: https://youtu.be/_iNIrtaBFCE

"Le Tour De Shore" ride. Chicago - Michigan

June 15-16 Chicago - Indiana Dunes ( camping ) - New Buffalo, MI 106 miles.
I recommend this great ride to everyone. https://www.letourdeshore.com/
First 60 miles or so are pretty flat and fast, with few miles riding on the roads in between trails. Second day is hilly, but nothing that 8 or 70 years old can't do ;-)

First short video here ( The only A-hole during the whole trip ): https://youtu.be/T2ZjtEdzfm4 , I need some time to put the whole video together and post it on YouTube.

Nice pics, sounds like a sweet ride. I just bought a Eureka! Solitaire tent similar to the one in one of your pictures, I even bought aluminum replacement poles to ensure they wouldn't break.

Regarding the video.

It's hard not to get upset when someone is so careless and inconsiderate.

I know I'm guilty of yelling at drivers sometimes.

It's still best to ignore them if you can....

Thanks for sharing.

Now that was a bicycle video. I'd be all over that. I like to explore and that trail is a perfect conduit. Much fun and adventure.

The girlfriend on her "10" Marin San Rafeal and me on my "90's" Raliegh Dash went on short ride down at the Salt River mup, had to cut it short due to her not feeling good. I guess 6 miles is better then 0 miles.
