It reminds me of a Schwinn Suburban. There's a thread to new retro-styled bicycles over at the C&V forum. Quite a few of them have been looked at here - notably the Trek Belleville and Electra Ticino.

My LBS is a Giant/GT supplier mainly, but is starting to carry more Schwinns now. The owner showed me the Searcher series and I flipped through it a bit more and saw the "Willy". Since I was lloking at the Giant Trandsend series, the Willy caught my eye. Nice looking bike.

Looks like the Schwinn World Tourist I bought at a garage sale for $15. It has the Shimano Front Freewheel system that let you shift while coasting. The replacement saddle was bought at a Frankfurt Flea Market for 5 Deutshe Marks a decade or so ago. Works fine and I keep it stashed at my sister's house back East for use when I visit.
