26" fenders
i came across a trek 800 [1990?] that has seen better days, but it does have a crmo main frame. it has very aggressive 2" tires and i was looking for something for road riding in the snow. i got the brakes and shifting working and today it snows. i put on 10 miles in the snow the muck, sand and salt, much of which put a nice mud and salty stripe up my back. this bike will never be a jewel, and will be "ridden hard and put away wet". usually a bucket of water to wash the grim off. so which of the low to mid priced fenders would be the hot setup?
