exactly. since a lot of us ride in urban areas (myself in NYC), drop bars are not the best choice. i have an aggressive flat bar stance that suits me well for urban, suburban & off-road riding all at once. bar ends give my hands a change of pace during longer rides. is it for everyone? no. but drop stance elitism is getting really annoying.
