Norco Ceres - my dream bike discontinued, anyone know of something similar?

man I have been dreaming about this bike since I discovered it last year. i love my 2009 Kaitai but I really want to upgrade to a bike like the ceres.
internal 8 speed hub (far less worries about shifting problems) i dont need 24 speeds for riding around NYC, less maintenance or worries about banging up a full on derailleur setup
quiet belt drive (less maintenance, quiet)
good disc brakes (i just prefer disc brakes for their wet weather performance()
high quality frame
good components all around a step or two above the kaitai.
a bike with a more aggressive sitting stance - i like to be over my handlebars when i ride as opposed to sitting back. my bars are lower than my seat.
the only thing i find similar is the Trek Soho. one thign about the Ceres is they had designed a cool rear dropout to make working with the rear tire easy even with a belt drive. also not sure what a roller brake is but the Ceres had two excellent disc brakes (better than the Soho front disk brake)
also i dont want to pay for all the extras that come with the Soho Deluxe like a rack (I have one) or fenders (dont want them) the non Soho Deluxe has zero disc brakes and no belt drive, so that would be an added expense to add them. would be better off just buying the deluxe probably and trying to sell the rack and fenders. plus the ceres just looked cooler to me. i want a very nice plain bike. the soho deluxe is pretty sleek and simple looking, the ceres was just a notch above.
anybody know of any lesser known bike brands that make a bike specd out like the Ceres?

Are you having trouble finding one or are worried they may be gone by the time you're ready to buy? Looks like you may be able to order one from here: https://www.joe-bike.com/commuter-bikes/norco/

The Scott Sub 10 is a belt drive bike. The Scott site seems to be down right now, but here's a different link:

I lusted after the Ceres as well. Unfortunately, the belt drive hasn't caught on, there are fewer models on the market that features the Gates system, and the price has never come down. That being said, the Sawyer comes as a complete (chain), but was designed to run any number of drive train configurations- SS/FG, 1x_, IGH, Rohloff, and the Gates Carbon Belt Drive. You could buy it as is, then start modding it as funds allow. Might even be able to order a frame set and then go from there.

yeah taht Ceres was the perfect bike for me. oh well.
that Scott Sub 10 is awesome as well, except the color. but very nice, thanks for the link. i really like plain dark bikes like titanium colored or black or grey, with as little markings on them as possible.
