I hate those cheap suspension seat posts, they wobble side to side and squirm under you when you're pedalling at a decent pace. the only one thats worth a hoot is the Thudbuster, and those are A) expensive, and B) often get in the way of racks on a utilitarian kind of bike, plus C) they require about 6" of seat height
