Different Bar End Positions?

I've been working on making adjustments to my bike to find my most comfortable riding positions. Although i enjoy my flat bars, its nice to have different hand positions when riding. This is my latest positioning of bar ends. Allows me to sit up and cruise a bit. How many of you have different hand positions on your flat bars and what is your setup?

That looks like a weird set up. I have always seen the bar ends on the outside of the grips, not inside like yours are. I use Ergon GPS2's on my flat bar road bike.

I use Origin 8 drop bar ends on my hybrid (a Giant Rapid...some call it a flat bar road bike) to give myself additional hand positions. Do they work as well as the drop bar on my road bike? No, but they do work well enough for what they are.

As for your bar end positioning, there have been a couple of other posters here who have done something similar with good results.

I have bar ends on my Hybrid which gives me about three diferent hand placements and if need be I can place my arms on the handlebar and barends and lay out a bit. I have them set with a slight up angle from the road

The best https://bontrager.com/model/04996. Have them on my hybrid and my flat bar road bike. Could be the best mod to both bikes. That or the leather saddles
