Trek Livestrong

I have a Livestrong and am wanting to upgrade. What components would you add to this bike or should I just upgrade models?

Agreed, what are you looking for? Better shifting? Better brakes? Less weight?

Easiest and cheapest upgrade would be to swap those heavy stock tires for some Randonneur Hypers,Marathon Supremes,or simliar performance tires. After that,a carbon cross fork would shed some weight and take out a little more road buzz. Beyond that, you're going to start talking real money to upgrade the wheels and groupo. If you want to go that route, you might want to consider a higher-end model,or even a road or cross bike. You could keep this one and fender it up to use as the bad weather bike.
