Specialized Crosstrail Comp Disc Tire Options?
I have a basically new Specialized Crosstrail Comp Disc. VERY excited about this bike. Already looking for tire options tho. Comes with the Specialized Trigger 700x38. My commute is 11 miles. Some Road, some bike path, a little bit of hard packed trail intermittenly with some loose dirt and sand very rarely. Any other good tire options out there I should look at? I run my tires up around 90psi to be quick on the road. Thx.

Schwalbe Marathon Supreme, 35 on the front, and a 40 on the back - wonderful roll at 92PSI, and very bulletproof. You will like the mix for comfort and handling.

I recently upgraded my Kona Crosstrail to Schwalbe Marathon Supremes 700x32c. I found myself riding mostly on the road with my bike and wanted efficient tires. I get an average 2-3 mph faster than with the stock 40c tires with more tread. These tires are very road efficient yet still have a little bite on dirt roads and paths. Another plus is they are very flat resistant. Amazon.com : Schwalbe Marathon Supreme RLX Folding Bead Tire (700X32) : Bike Tires : Sports & Outdoors
