Bar ends
 

Just picked up my new trek 7.2 and want to put some good bar ends on it ,any recommendations, is there a certain kind you have to get To go with the grips you have.

I use Origin 8 drop bar ends on my older hybrid. A little wider than true road bike drops, but you gain 2 extra hand positions. Just remember your brakes are still on the level part of the bar.

Yea just not sure what kind to get.

Take a look at Ergon grips, everyone seems to like them. GP3 looks sweet.

Before switching my flat bars to north road bars, (which I find much more comfortable for the kind of riding I do) I used Ergon gp5's. They were great - rock solid, very comfy.
