Specialized globe still any good?
Hi, was wondering if the specialized globe elite 2007 was still any good compared to say a 2012 sirrus or sirrus sport? I'm looking at reasonable 2nd hand bikes at around £250/£300 but a friend has a globe elite he wants rid of cheap, probably about 130.

Seems ok but not sure if it would be better to spend an extra 100 and go for a newer sirrus. Any advice is welcome. Also, does anyone know what these globes weigh just out of interest.
