What frame size?

I'm 5'8" with a 31-31.5" inside leg, I'm purchasing a new bike either today or tomorrow. Bike: Halfords | Boardman Hybrid Comp Bike 2014

Would I be better with a 45cm or 49cm frame on this bike?

I usually ride a 17" = 48 cm. I'm a inch shorter in height.

If your buying from Halfords, why not just go into a store and try one for size, they are getting pretty good with stock for their own brands in store.
