Rocker Plate?

OP do it. I was never able to go longer than 3 hours on the trainer and would need a few days to recover before the rear can sit on the trainer again. That went away when I built my first rocker 7 years ago (half/rear only and built a full size in 2018). My last ride long ride was 5 hours & 39 minutes (just over 12 hours on the trainer for the week). Took a rest day on Sunday and jumped back on for a 13 hour week last week with a 4 hour Saturday and 2:45 Sunday (was planning for another 6 hour Sat but the legs gave out). Planning for a 7 hour spin this Saturday and hope the legs can make it. I already put in over 6 this week (59', 92', 75', 149', and rest day Friday (today)).
That's a great price today even with the delivery charge. My home built was just under $200 but I paid a bit much for the marine plywood and spray truck liner (bad idea!!!).
I was going to build my own, then I found this one for $200, which I purchased a year ago. It's been great - I have to add air to the balls every few months or it gets really rocky, but otherwise it's simple and does the job.
