Rouvy first timer

Ive been cycling for around 8 years now and i had to stop due to op on my knee but iam now ready to get back on bike.
Ive used Zwift for a few years but would like to try out Rouvy.
I currently have a tacx neo and will be hooked up via my laptop in my garage so iam hoping i can use the tacx neo on Rouvy.
My fitness level is very low as i have put on a fair amount of weight due to my knee and also eating bad foods with no exercise .
I looking to join Rouvy this week just need to give me bike the once over and good clean and then start the set up.
Is there any flat routes for me to start with and then maybe after few weeks start with some hills
Any help would be great

There are quite a few flat routes on Rouvy...you can even search/filter routes based on flat/hilly/mountainous, as well as estimated time to complete the route. You can adjust the realism of the simulated grade as well.

I use both Rouvy and Zwift, I prefer Zwift if I'm building a structured workout...however, I like Rouvy much better for unstructured workouts when I can't make it outside.

They have monthly and yearly plans, IDK about the exact details on the yearly plan. There are options to pause the subscription for a certain length of time.
