hi how u all doing?
i am just getting into cycling, i am currently in australia, after spending a glorious 10 months backpacking around, but now i only have 4 days left b4 i go home to the uk, its time to start thinking about the next adventure. after all when i get home i will have to get the old bike out for the first time in a few years , & i really feel the need to get into shape. i have a dream to cycle across canada coast to coast in the summer of 2006. but i'm def gona have to get fitter b4 i even think about doing it.
