Greetings from Central Florida
Hi, I'm Trish from Clermont, FL. Have been cycling pretty much all my life, and recently bought a Trek 7.2 FX, referred to on the Trek website as a "City/Fitness" bike; I think most would call it a Hybrid. I'm a recreational/fitness rider, I try to ride 6.5-7.5 miles two evenings a week (I walk about 2.5 miles the other three weeknights), and around 12-13 miles on weekend mornings. Weather and other activities permitting, that is. My main goal is to keep active well into my senior citizenship (I just turned 50), but I'm also trying to lose a bit of weight. I also just ordered a CycleOps stationary trainer for when the weather is not quite so cooperative.
Here's a pic of my ride.

Welcome from a former Clermont resident. I lived there about 25 years ago and want to get back to that area one day.

I don't doubt that at all. Last time I was in the area (about 10 years ago), I had no idea where I was. Of course, I went to Panama City for my 10 year reunion a while back and was completely lost. All the small shops were gone and replaced with condos that blocked all of the beach views from the highway.
