Hey all!
Brand new to cycling. I'm 30, haven't had a bike since I was 14. Just purchased a '77 Fuji S10-S at a yard sale for 40 bucks. It's in really good shape. Gonna need some cleaning up before it's good to go but should be fun.
Decided I wanted to do a bike ride to the shore with some friends next summer (60 miles or so) so I figured I'd grab a bike at a yard sale on the cheap to hedge my bets in case I didn't have time, or for whatever reason didn't like riding.
Any advice on entering the riding world would be great! If you're in Philly and know of any good bike shops in the Northeast (home) or Fairmount (work) area let me know! I'm sure I'll be needing them.

Make sure that you have fresh grease in all the bearings!
