Hello everyone.
I'm a middle aged cyclist or trying to be one, living in Istanbul - Turkey.
Actually I'm a neurosurgeon.
After two decades I've started to pedal again.
I am trying to improve both at cycling, endurance, power and at theoretical information about cycling.
I believe this forum will help me be a better cyclist and find good pedalling friends to discuss the similar issues and maybe share long road trips.

welcome to the forums. not sure what you consider middle aged.. but if you are over 50 be sure and check the over 50 section.
