Hello from Houston
New to Biking, not to forums.
Hope everyone is doing well. So, over the last week or two i was sitting on more bikes than i did in the last 14 years. smile
I just upgraded my Sons Bike from a Academy 20" bike to a Jamis MTB with 26' wheels and 13" frame. He loves it, thats good.
Now the haunt was on for my bike. Was looking at losts of hybrid bikes like Specialized, Trek, Schwinn, Cannondale Bad Boy 4, Giant, Jamis, Raleigh, and was almost set on a Marin Muirwoods 29er, but, its unavailable till the end of 2015.
Then i came across the bike i ordered now without ever test diving it (call me Crazy). I feel like i became a hybrid bike guru over the last few weeks.
So after all the cross-referencing of specs, parts, price, made in, and most comfy frame size, I'm getting a Camaleonte Due Disc with an 59cm frame, and I'm only 5'11".
Will be mostly doing casual driving on paved roads in the Parks around here till the little one has better balance on his bike.
Maic.

Welcome!
I had to look up Camaleonte Due Disc as I had never heard of this Bianchi model. Enjoy!

Welcome to Bikeforums. I am not familiar with the bike you selected but I hope you enjoy it. 59cm sounds big for your height. I m 5'10" and I ride a 56cm frame. Your body proportions may fit the taller frame.

Welcome to Bike Forums. Nice looking bike.
I'm 5'-11" and my bikes are 54cm and 56 cm. I hope the 59cm isn't TOO big. Did you go to a Bianchi shop to at least do a stand-over fit?

Hey there Maic. Spent many years just North of Houston in Crockett and Palestine, With the heat and humidity, my favorite times to ride where in the cooler months. Hope you have a great time and get to enjoy lots of rides with your family.
