Long time lurker, just started bike commuting
Hello everyone. About a year ago a friend gave me a pretty sweet near mint 1997 Cannondale m300se that I was terrified to ride due to it being a 24 inch frame. Surprisingly enough by lowering the seat all the way down it is pretty ridable until I can afford a properly fit modern bike.
I have been riding it 6 miles each way to and from work now for nearly three weeks and have been loving it so far. Although lake shore headwinds in Chicago royally suck!
Looking forward to learning more here as time, and this giant bike roll on!
